What a difference since visit to Ostoe on friday! Started "water cure" & rice milk instead of soya...more energy, less tired & NO pain in back ( well, odd bit of stiffness & twinges but nothing compared to before) actually awake Saturday & Sunday evenings....although IBS has flared up a bit...

Must remember to ask about:

Rec vitamins
rec exercise pilates?
fasting...colon cleanse...
Number of appointments?


Makes 16 ounces

2 ripe tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 handful fresh spinach
1 large organic carrot
1/4 vidalia onion
1 large rib celery
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 small shots Texas hot sauce
1/4 cup filtered water

Cannot remember days food etc, home made pizza night

Fish & 1/2 chips
~ 8 units


Duck & chorizo salad & Roast lamb @ Lion
~ 6 units
