Pacing and CFS

I don't have the (mental) energy to blog every day, although I often have a siesta maybe I should follow this advise and make sure I rest every day rather than fighting it?

Pacing is not a quick fix or a
panacea. It requires many small
adjustments in how you live your
daily life. It’s not a single action or
strategy, but rather a way of living
with CFS. But the rewards of pacing,
used consistently, are greater control,
lower symptoms and, for some,
expansion of the energy envelope
and even recovery.
