Been neglecting the blog a bit but not my diet...also doing best to get walking in... bit disappointed that started a period last week & everything seems to have flared up still... shoulder especially, t-shirt pain & abcess on root canal.

Mr Simpson, dentist should be posting me a prescription so hope the antibiotics will sort it again cos it makes me feel pretty grotty.
